Soho House – Copenhagen

Soho House – Copenhagen

Soho House Copenhagen is located within the historic Customs Chamber building overlooking the city’s inner harbour. As the brand’s first location in Denmark, this site required a modern IT infrastructure tailored to both front-of-house experiences and back office operations, while integrating with Soho House’s wider global systems.

Scope of Works

1. Core Infrastructure Deployment

  • Design and configuration of Aruba core and edge switches to support VLAN segmentation across both floors of the venue and external staff office
  • Deployment of secure SD-WAN connectivity and Firewall configurations
  • Setup of IP schema, switch stacking, and fibre links across the dual-site structure

2. Wireless Network Implementation

  • Oversight of Wi-Fi access point deployment following predictive heatmapping
  • Addition of Aruba APs to existing cloud controller (Aruba Central)
  • Post-installation wireless survey validation to optimise coverage across guest areas, staff spaces, and the outdoor terrace

3. User Equipment & Endpoint Setup

  • Preparation and imaging of user devices, including desktops, laptops, and a MacBook
  • Configuration of hosted SharePoint file/folder structures, AD policies, and mailbox provisioning via Microsoft 365
  • Onsite and remote onboarding of Soho House team members prior to go-live

4. Third-Party Systems Coordination

  • Collaboration with onsite vendors for integration of EPOS, CCTV, door access, and lighting control systems
  • Structured patching schedule and physical installation of comms racks, PDU, UPS, and patch panels
  • Implementation of dual high-bandwidth internet circuits for primary and failover redundancy

5. Go-Live Support & Documentation

  • Onsite MicroNet engineer support during soft and public opening, ensuring operational readiness across all systems
  • Creation of handover documentation including network diagrams and asset inventory
