1. AV & Acoustics Design
- Installed over 60 JBL and AMC ceiling, weatherproof, and landscape loudspeakers across the club: from lounges to saunas and outdoor courtyards
- Deployed BSS volume controllers to fine-tune audio zones, ensuring ambient consistency in every environment
- Implemented professional-grade acoustic treatments to reduce echo, vibration, and interference in treatment spaces and social areas
2. Network & Infrastructure
- Deployed Ubiquiti Wi-Fi 6 indoor and outdoor access points for seamless, high speed connectivity
- Integrated dual Cisco Catalyst 1200 48-port PoE switches for robust, scalable backbone
- Pulled fiber backbone between racks to ensure high-throughput across zones
3. System Control & Racks
- Installed dual audio racks on both floors featuring Crown & JBL amplifiers, Delta UPS units, DSPs, and a BLU Dante bridge for networked audio
- Configured a centralised control system with custom programming and calibration, ensuring every speaker and display functioned in harmony
4. Wellness & Meeting Tech
- Installed volume-controlled audio systems in all five treatment rooms
- Equipped the sauna with weatherproof audio for humid conditions
- Outfitted the meeting room with a 4K UHD SMART touchscreen display, Logitech video conferencing, and wireless control for hybrid collaboration
5. End-to-End Project Management
- Managed all aspects from consultation and design to installation, programming, and handover
