1. Network & Infrastructure Design
- Managed deployment of core and access network switches using Aruba hardware.
- Configured VLANs, IP schema, and firewalls for secure network segmentation and high performance.
- Oversaw SD-WAN deployment via Silver Peak for high-availability connectivity.
2. Wi-Fi Coverage Planning & Management
- Utilized predictive heat mapping with Aruba AP-515 and AP-565 devices for optimal coverage.
- Integrated 47 wireless access points into the Aruba Central Cloud Controller for seamless monitoring.
- Verified secure SSID configuration and signal strength before the venue’s go-live.
3. End-User & Application Services
- Set up and imaged 50+ desktops and laptops for staff and back-office use.
- Configured user profiles, shared drives, email, and printer services.
- Deployed Microsoft 365 (E3) and SharePoint, with user management via Active Directory.
- Installed endpoint security, backup systems, and monitoring agents on all devices.
4. Cloud, File, and Server Infrastructure
- Deployed virtual machines (VMs) using Scale Computing infrastructure.
- Implemented shared folders and hosted file systems via SharePoint & Scale Servers.
- Coordinated integration with Soho House/Ned’s IT team for seamless cloud and domain ecosystem syncing.
5. Third-Party & AV/IT Systems Coordination
- Managed third-party system integration, including EPOS, AV, BMS, door access, and printing systems.
- Oversaw the installation of comms rooms, racks, PDU equipment, patch panels, and structured cabling.
- Worked closely with local IT partners for heat mapping, fibre termination, and patching.
6. Remote & On-Site Go-Live Support
- Delivered remote and on-site support during soft and public opening phases.
- Provided real-time troubleshooting and post-deployment issue resolution.
- Supplied complete handover documentation, including IP schema, testing results, and go-live plans.
